We have put all measures in place to reduce the risk to our staff and patients as per guidance from Public health England. We use appropriate PPE to all our home visits, wash hands and use alcohol gel before and after the visit. Before the session we ask all our patients to wash their hands with soap and water, wear a mask and complete risk assessment questionnaire for any signs and symptoms. Where possible we try to maintain 2 m distance during sessions if safe to do so. Our Physiotherapy staff gets tested every week for Covid-19 to prevent any risk to patients and eliminate any risk of being asymptomatic carriers and aren’t allowed to work until tested Covid negative. We offer video / telephonic consultations as per need. If possible, we advise patients not to have family members in the same room where home visit consultation is being carried out.
